In 1993, the amateurs of Hertha BSC, known as Bubis, thrilled the entire city of Berlin with their sensational triumph in the DFB Pokal. It was the birth of the future club anthem. Michael Jahn has compiled everything worth knowing, many curiosities, and also quirky stories about the cult anthem. How was it actually created? Who benefits from the song? How have the fans successfully thwarted all attempts from "above" to replace the anthem? Numerous celebrities from sports, politics, and society also describe their emotional experiences with the catchy anthem. With numerous photos, including from Frank Zander's and his son Marcus's private album.
